>>48652173That's the heart of it, really. ORAS needed changes, but ultimately could have been saved and likely would have matched HGSS if it actually did have Emerald content. People loved the new evil teams and gym leader redesigns, for example.
Meanwhile BDSP doesn't even give you stuff to work with. No new designs, no new interactions, no new story, no anything, the most mileage people have gotten is the le ebin chibi meme, it literally just exists for consoomers, it's sad.
