That's cute, but platinum had 5 facilities filled with hundreds of of fully EV trained + max IV battles.
Also, they weren't trivialized by my Infernape literally defying death because he's a jolly good fellow

There are no gym leader rematches. The games are carbon copies of DP, down to the exact same levels for every trainer. The only thing they've changed is gym leader/team galactic movesets, usually for the worse.
