I've honestly never wanted a remake. A re-release, sure, but if we're making a new game in Unova I want BW3. One of the coolest things 5th gen did was give us a sequel within the same gen. It was great to see characters change and develop between the two. A BW3 would be a fun way to show how the region has changed even more in the longer time gap since BW2.

Do I expect them to actually make it well? No. Honestly, my tinfoil hat theory is that they make the 4th gen remakes the most literal redo possible so that they shut down the expectation of novel things in a remake, like a BW3 would be.

A Unova remake would be strange in general unless it was BW3 or a weird alternate universe like LGPE. Remaking only 1 or only 2 is weird even if they were competent.
