Pokemon Unbound's 3rd Gym Leader is really kicking my ass hard, right now (Playing on the 2nd highest difficulty, btw)

Here's my team:
Gabite
Staravia
Manectric
Haunter
Magmar
Cryogonal

They all have good abilities and semi-good EV's/IV's and natures. Is the 3rd Gym Leader unbeatable with this team, or am I just retarded?
