All Normal Moves can have +10 or +20 more BP honestly, because lack of type effectiveness. Might be good for some with type changing ability, but they're not as worrysome now.

Burn Up's Power is increased to 140 since it can one be used one. Now its not a direct downgrade from Overheat.

Boost twinneedle damage to 35, each hit has a 20% to poison, each hit calculates it's own crit chance, each hit can trigger items, additionally in double battles it works like Scale Shot and hits both enemy pokemon once.

Strength only needs to be changed to Rock-type to be fixed. That's literally it. All they need to do is change the description to "The user rolls a boulder into the foe at maximum power" since that what the fucking move does to being with.

Then it's a single target alternative to Rock Slide, which keeps its use in doubles and for the flinch chance and it's a more accurate, higher PP version of Stone Edge. That's literally all they need to do.

Rock Smash could be fixed if they made it Rapid Spin + Brick Break, but reduce the BP so it doesn't replace Rapid Spin outright and drop the Defense drop

idk how they would make Cut worth using.

Maybe make it so that the target cant switch out the turn after the user faints? Something to give it some kind of use, since you're really just sacrificing a mon to force a switch out
