It's more infuriating with ORAS because Emerald had them in the same way that LGPE and BDSP had them, in that you visit the gym for the rematch. I hope BDSP do what LGPE did and let you rematch the gym leaders once per day, might be more effective than E4 grinding for dex completion given that E4 rematches haven't been confirmed yet.
