Definitely not. The games are not broken, and actually playing them feels good. Chibis are ass as expected, but everything else looks surprisingly good. Also it's Unity, so we might get good mods.
Just don't buy it. Emulate on PC instead.

It doesn't update your DS version to the Switch version without any way to revert it or attain the original, legally, online, so no it's still a far stretch from it.
