It is a snow withe bird with a brightly yellow bill, which grows long fuzzy looking yellow fethers in breeding season. The first stage, which is based on a chick was the inspiration. Since the idea is that it looks like it shivers from the cold, because it is a little baby chick. But is acctually using this shievering to create elececity (it is a electric type after all). The first stage is also partly based on the cinereous mourne chick . Because it has yellowish and electricly charged loking feathers which would make the electric type more obvious.The scond stage besides that is build a bit heaver like if it would wear some kind of coat, to make it look more isloated from the cold.
