>>48676602The unpacked rar is a patch. What you need to do is download an ips patcher for android, download a Fire Red rom (I think it has to be Squirrels, it's not hard to find online) and then patch the Radical Red file onto the rom, then mGBA will run it.
Alternatively, you can look up "radical red pre patched download" on google and you'll find a .gba rom you can play with mGBA directly, just be careful with some of the rom download sites and links in them.
