Now since you will sperg out unless i give you at least 1 actual reason, it's because the introductions to the formula were unenjoyable to me. Personally didn't enjoy 3d models over pixelated sprites, and especially didn't enjoy the new story. BW had a kino villain, i barely remember what xy was about
