Yes. Pokemon also eat other pokemon. Basculin are said to be tasty in the pokedex, go back to the 90’s when this was an interesting question and you might have had an interesting personality because of how clever you are.

Lana and Nessa fish and some Pokédex entries still state some Pokémon are used as a food source. Masuda canon states they have technology that goes beyond the Impossible/Beyond Pea Protein meats.

Probably the only thing that comes closest is that Chansey's egg and Miltank's Moo-Moo Milk are the closest they have to dairy and egg products

Impossible (no pun intended) because that shit already tastes better than real meat. They just need to get the texture right

Shudo said that in the anime any real animal shown was the fault of the animation staff who didn't get the memo that they don't exist.

As for the games i just assume that things like the Indian elephant in the pokedex were just Pokémon they didn't get around making. Remember that there's categories of Pokémon such as dog Pokémon like yamper.

The strangest thing to me was always the fact that Kanto has a Pokemon Zoo. It just feels so out of place in the context of the Pokemon world to have a real life Zoo

The fact that they even gave Pokemon different categories seems kinda redundant anyways. Pokemon can already be classified by things like type and relative stats.

a zoo would just be an area where Pokemon are better taken care of, have great enrichment and food specific for their needs, and don't have to worry about predation. What's weird about that compared to living on a ranch?

You realize the problem with fake meat is that even if the sludge patties somehow taste close enough to a real one, that there's still missing elements like texture or juiciness? Also consider that nailing down a burger is just one of many hurdles the fake-meat industry needs to corner, like steak and chops or stew meat.
