While I appreciate the Unova love, Genesect had a release in its own generation through events.
Power Construct Zygarde didn't exist until Gen 7, and anyone with a brain can make the connection that a Pokemon Z version was planned and then scrapped at some point.

Sun moon is developed directly after XY. Whether oras or Z exist or not, gen vii is always going to be released on 2016 for the 20th anniversary.

That’s just Black and White 2, which did fix many of BWs issues and is generally considered a top 3 Pokémon game.

Pokémon Z could have joined the pantheon of Platnium, Emerald and BW2 and genuinely could have redeemed Kalos and been one of the best games in the series by giving Kalos a decent post game, more challenge/features and a wider variety of Pokémon.

By retarded zoomers, maybe. The actual top 3 is l RB, GS, and HGSS. Even XY is a closer contender to top 3 than BW2 is because of the new features and drastically improved graphics it added.

I dunno why anyone thinks this after Ultra Changes. USUM was a terrible game, and in some ways worse than the original.

The only thing I'd even want to add to XY anyway was the BW2 Easy/Challenge Mode settings at the start menu. The game already has great online, a massive Pokedex, post-game rematches, and probably the best version of Battle Tower.
