Probably the only use of them is to increase the size of the cave with Hippopotas since they got rid of letter seals. Shame because I was planning on catching all of them so I could get the seals, but people saying Nigger online changed that.

Hidden Power and Unown are in BDSP. I just caught all 28 today. They're now the ONLY Pokemon that can know hidden power and are so shit no one would want to use them so its kind of a moot issue. I do wonder if they changed the algorithm for determining type/damage of the move though.

Hidden Power is still functionally a normal-type move, the type only changes during damage calculation. It would just be Max Strike, like how Z-Hidden Power was Breakneck Blitz.
