In the case of the Creation Trio even their hidden ability Telepathy is only usesful in doubles. In the past you could at least say that Kyogre and Groudon didn't have signature moves like the other cover legendaries, but that isn't true anymore since Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades were released. That and the fact that the Weather Trio are the only cover legends to get Primals/Megas (Mewtwo isn't a cover legendary) makes me think GF is biased towards them.
