that's all I can remember right now without looking stuff up. Things like Rental Teams and Bottle Caps aren't new but ever since Gen 6 they've been ramping up QoL and with all the new changes in Gen 8 specifically have made it an incredible game if you have any interest in PvP or VGC

Its pretty much the same as how flying has been in the Post HM except with far worse visuals.
SM: Charizard sflies through the air then swoops down to take you to your destination
LGPE: You and the Pokemon you've bonded with for the whole game, float up into into air on an interesting-looking balloon contraption.
SwSh: A boring black screen with a miniscule barely animated icon on the bottom and it has an out of place pixel for no reason.

I breed correct Natures, but Mints are for shinies I find in the wild and imported Pokemon/Legendaries from past games, while farmable they would be too time consuming to use them for every Pokemon you're using same with Bottle Caps. As for Pokeballs I only use Repeat Balls because I completed my Pokedex ;^D

Nobody said that, you fucker. The amorphous bird blob and having to have a dedicated flyer haven't even been around since ORAS, and even that game had an alternate flight method with the Latios/Latias soaring mechanic. The criticism the other anon was making was that they didn't even bother making an animation at all, despite the fact that they absolutely could have.
Why do you have to resort to being disingenuous and attacking other games out of nowhere in order to defend SWSH?

Repeat Balls are not ugly! Also it's to flex on other opponents. If they completed the Pokedex as well they would have their Pokemon in Repeat Balls, but alas, they choose looks over practicality

aesthetics are everything. i can use a repeat ball to get a slightly higher capture rate, which is a one time benefit, or i can put extra effort (SWSH negated this with 100% capture rates in raid/den battles) into capturing in a peak aesthetic ball (apriball) and my pokemon and all their offspring are FOREVER benefitted. i choose the forever benefit over the one time benefit. that and my personality cannot stand to look at ugliness or non uniformity in my pokemon

yeah, its annoying. i was excited for swsh DLC since they teased apricorns, but the cram o matic was a slap in the face. i had to resort to alternate means to acquire the apriballs i needed. first i offered a breeding service then i found a more expedient method. i had to complete a HOME living dex hidden ability apriball collection (i dont have hidden ability of all the legendaries), i am extreme in my predilections.

ugh good luck with that. Ability Patches costing 200 Dynite Ore is too fucking much with how little you get per run. I remember me and a couple of anons did infinite mode and finished 49 fights before we lost and we only got 250 Ore from it
