Head Smash is objectively the best STAB for a Rock-type Pokémon to have if said Pokémon has Rock Head.

A spammable 150 BP move (and with STAB) without HP recoil is no joke. Now include a Choice Band/Dragon Dance/Swords Dance/whatever.
