But you have to make sure you do it tastefully. You can't just put a bunch of cards in toploaders around a bunch of sealed pokemon products on a bare white ikea shelf. That's disgusting shit. Choose a few cards, that's it.
I place them in one touch cases, usually in black border one touch cases (I'm the anon that recommended them way earlier in the thread).
For example, I have that stained-glass Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos card on display. It's not particularly valuable, but it look beautiful and goes well among the "mystical" gemstone/crystal, tarot section on my bookshelf.
My gf likes our Zeraora Alt Art card, so she wanted it placed on our bedside table. But it's there among other items, like a picture of us and a plant and some incense.
I also have a base set zard on display on the mantle at the entrance of our place because it's recognizable and powerful and everyone that sees it knows what it is. But it's there among other artwork and some maccabre items.
