I'm making a fakemon region based on the Pacific Northwest. Here are the starters for my region! Which one will you pick? Bisod (Grass), Hissear (Fire), or Beavah (Water)?

If you're interested, I have an idea for you. I'm making a variant of Fossil Pokémon called "Frozen" Pokémon. They'll be based on animals from the Quaternary glaciation period.

Of course he should have standards, this is his passion project. if he had no standards at all and just let anyone work on it he would be cleaning up a lot of messes and jeopardizing the quality of his game and cleaning up a lot of messes

I like them all! I think they've very good as far as fakemon AND starters in general.

My only complaint: the beaver's final evo somehow "doesn't look like a pokemon" to me. I suspect it may actually just be the thick linework. Gives it a kind of neopet look. Somehow the other ones don't have this issue for me.

Very based anon. Ideas on the cover legendaries?
I'd suggest a Grizzly Bear and Mountain Lions as the cover legendaries and a Mustang as the third one.

No cover legendaries for this game. The only legendary Fakemon will be elemental-based (Gnome, Salamander, Sylph, Undine).

These are actually some of the best fakemons I’ve seen. My only complaint is the midtier evos look like they could be final evos. Mid evos are supposed to look kinda durpy or like edgy teens, but they all look like cool final evos

another canadian here that agrees. i want to like the beaver but its not doing it for me. personally i would lose the logs, give it an actual head. also not crazy about the 3rd evo standing upright. 2nd is fine on back legs. the other 2 starters are good though
