Post RARE pokemon, I'm talking pokemon that are only found in some obscure area in only 1 or 2 games, Heatmor is the prime example of this, only found reasonably early in galar. Another example is Electabuzz which is only found in the power plant in red version and also in virbank complex in B2W2. Post games don't count
