Its outsourced to another sutio too and thats usually a ringing alarm bell. the art style is a big let down and the game only allows a dex until the time of original release, with some exceptions..
in case of doubt download the rom to your computer and try it out yourself.
that said this game may or may be opening the door towards modern pokemon rom modding. so theres at least that.
