Why do retards always bring up that SM didn’t actually have a national dex. No one is talking about that, every pokemon was in the game

Masuda stated that they had planned to the dexcut in Sun/Moon but backed out at the last minute. But the seeds of it were planted; no National Dex in Gen 7, instead it was exclusive to Pokemon Bank.

I guess they didn't feel confident cutting the dex on a game on the same system as XY and ORAS, which had all the Pokemon at the time. So the jump to Switch, in their eyes, was the right time to start making cuts.
