Nintendo order the core games off Game Freak, TPC's only involvment is the marketing and localisation of them, as well as the slew of related products to the new games (guides, plushies, plastic crap, etc).
And this board still pushes cope like "muh rush", "masuda's an idiot for not selling to me" and "kids play fortnite" to handle the fact the kiddy IP does what the kiddy IP did back in their day and is still wildly successful without their input required.
