Half the damn dex of "new" pokemon is just copying gen 1, the graphics are hideous, the sound design is awful along with the actual music being the lowest point in the franchise with absolutely no good tracks, the forced cutscene bullshit started a cavalcade of fuckups going forward and all the characters they try to focus on are horrible and I hate them.
BW were literally the games that made me not want to buy the games anymore, so much so I skipped the 3ds entirely and thank god ICLA have made remakes that feel like a pokemon game instead of whatever the fuck gen 5 and onward are.
