What are your fondest memories of release days?

I was super grounded for bad grades at the time and had my DS confiscated with no video games allowed for 2 months. My parents were away for work all day that Saturday and I knew where my DS was hidden. So I woke up early, took my bike, and rode to the nearest GameStop which was 3 miles away. I was pretty nervous as my bike sucked, and I was on some backroads with no sidewalks. Funniest part is, I was safe the entire time unti l got back in my neighborhood with Pokemon White in my hands, and my friend from school Logan saw me and shouted Hi at me scaring me. I swerved and hit the curb causing me to eat ass on the pavement. Made it past the 3rd gym before I had to sneak my DS back to my dad's drawer.
