Gligar's quite cool but I don't really like Gliscor, don't like the grey/black colour and I feel like it could have gone a bit more scorpiony rather than just being the same thing but with more random details.

Nice, not seen that before, it looks great. It'd be best with the newer mouth though. Would have made a good evoluton for Gligar if they made it fairly big.

Gliscor is one of my bros from Sinnoh. I never knew about Gligar when playing GSC, so Gen 4 was the first time I trained one. I thought Ash's was cool in the show, and decided to give it a try. Great stats, great movepool, and it only got better with Poison Heal in BW.

He can put up a fight in the physical terrain. Earthquake as a STAB in a 95 pokemon isn't exactly weak

This must be a bait. It's the absolute best and everything after it is a downgrade. They made it into a generic anime character after looking like a menacing beast.

I always wanted to like Gligar as a kid, but it always just felt like it was sort of lacking something. It bothered me that it was just a single stage despite being relatively simple looking and Gliscor was essentially everything I ever hoped for in an evo.

My best bro. Fell in love with this little doofus as a kid. When I first learned how to fuck around with ROMs I would always inject him as my starter even if it made the game hell. Getting an evolution in gen 4 was just icing on the cake

I think adding another design theme wasn't the best move when it was already a combo of two animals, that's all. Would have preferred them to have developed the existing combo further. A lot of the gen 4 cross gens fell flat for me though.
