A mixture of DP and Plt to make it sort of an ultimate gen 4 game, expanding the features like they have done with the underground, but also contests, make them better, but instead they were made worse.
Expanded dex - Make all gen 4 mons and evolutions available before the post game, its stupid to have a snowy region and only having like 2 ice types.
Something new - like what FRLG did with Sevii islands, HGSS did with Pokeathlon, ORAS with megas and soaring, give these something new that wasnt in the originals.
Battle Frontier for the fans who actually enjoy doing it, the excuse that kids dont have the attention is a pathetic excuse when most people getting the remakes are people who played the originals, make it for us, not the kids.
