The thing that is impossible about the Moltres is the Mark however. The Angry mark has a (1/28)/100 chance of appearing on any Pokemon. So .035%. combine that with the fact that legendary Pokemon are guaranteed to have 3 perfect 31 IVs, and one of those IVs needs to NOT be attack. So 50% chance of that. And then the attack IV that isn't perfect also has to be 0. So 1/31.
Since you multiply if you need specific odds for every individual thing to occur the exact way it does, if you do (1/28)/100*(1/2)*(1/31), you get 0.00000576
That's half of a half of a half of a half of a half of a half of a half of a half of a half of 1 percent. Again, I'm not complaining, go ahead and hack. But then for wolfey to say "it's 2% lol I could have 100 fans try for it and in 8 hours I would be able to get exactly that Pokemon so no, not hacked." Is just a blatant lie.
