Yes. For your convenience:
1. Ensure the power switch on the Gameboy is off
2. Blow into the bottom of the cartridge
3. Blow into the slot on the top of the Gameboy
4. Put the cartridge to the slot with the label facing toward the back
5. J-J-JAM IT IN
6. Turn on the power switch on the Gameboy
