I can't name a single game with objectively bad music. Even Gen 5 which was horrible at least had some decent tracks.

Gen 3 was the last time all the battle themes (wild, rival, trainer, gym, champion) were good. Gen 4 gym music is good but its borrowed from Gen 2.
