There's probably such concept art for every overworld model. I'd love to see the Trainer Classes art (since BDSP did a great job designing them - and if they were modelled after some old arts then that's only for better, since we never saw that), but the chances that they showed them in these artbooks are zero.
The only complete artbook we ever got was the (very rare and expensive on secondary market) "Essential" book for SM/USUM. But this was an one-time affair and they'll likely never make anything like this again.
