No, I considered just fucking fighting every single trainer that showed up in my way, without even going through any optional area, and I still ended up way overleveled at every point of the game thanks to the forced exp share. Worse than Pt but better than DP. Much worse for a 2021 game than DP was for a 2006 game though.

ORAS had 721 Pokemon. BDSP has 493 and is more expensive. Just because all Switch games have Dexit and it was marketed as a faithful remake doesn't mean I'm going to give it a pass.

The overworld looks like utter shit but the battles actually look pretty nice, especially at 60fps. The variety in arenas and trainer models helps a lot.
