This question is actually more complicated than you might think. For one, her "mommy" status clearly seems to ride on this collective fanbase perception that she is "thick." In all reality, we know that she 100% is not, canonically. Every one of her assets is small. As a male, you would need to weigh less than 90lbs in order to not break her glass-like body. The second thing, is that she doesn't have the proper mentality. Sure she's ""mature"" and ""badass"" but if that's all people need then every mature and badass woman would be a mommy, but that is usually never the case, these women tend to want a man who is "equal or better" than her in this way.
So ask yourself, is your idea of Cynthia just pulled out of your ass? Gamefreak made her into a normal human character but everyone has to turn her into a hantei protag
