Entei is worth the most "Fire points.", followed my Infernape, then Monferno, then Chimchar.
Now, you have the shiny (green) versions. They're worth twice the points of their base versions.
So if you want a lot of fire types in the underground, you would populate your base with:
Entei >Shiny Infernape > Shiny Monferno >Infernape >Monferno >Shiny Chimchar > Chimchar
