i am not going to buy it on launch. i may buy it if the unsponsored reviews are good from my contrarian guys. will also depend when gen 9 releases and how bad it will be. i still doubt this will be better than the monster hunter rpg.

IVs seem probable to give purpose to catching more than one per species, but I doubt EVs will work the same way if they're there at all. it's not a game with a competitive aspect.
