Don't know, it's got an incredibly nice looking dex. Great balance between cute, cool and monstrous. Never really saw the issue. It gave new life to so many forgotten Pokémon and also gave us so many good new Pokémon as well

so many legendaries yet literally all of them look like overdesigned trash
regular route new pokemon are mostly incredibly forgettable shitmons
also why are so many of the pokemon dark blue or purple?

Yea desu I never had many issues with its national dex
Good spread of pokemon/types, lots of variety and I like most of the Gen4 mons

Tbh though Gen5 really hit it out of the park for me in terms of its dex even if many where close analogues for Gen1 mons
