Main match I want to see is a returning Sabrina vs. Ash so his Gengar can finally gets its time in the light. And maybe have Sab pull some serious psychic bullshit, like Dynamaxing with it.
Honorable mention to the obligatory torch-passing match, though I'd rather it be a flashback.

base Gyarados and base Duraludon fought his base Charizard just fine - meaning something like Mega Metagross would stomp base Zard. Leonfags must be praying that they dont give Cynthia a Mega

In the main canon, Leon is easily the strongest Champion outside the playable characters, and cynthia can't even be confirmed to be in upper half. Story trumps gameplay.

He isnt, you're just repeating some self-made mantra. SWSH barely even mentions anything from gens 1-7.
Cynthia has the strongest trainer team in series history in BDSP, meanwhile Leons team likely doesnt even make top 3 among champions
