That said, BDSP being ILCA’s first ever actual game, I reckon they half-assed it in some ways and weren’t given as much time as was ideal. GF probably realised late on they couldn’t make Legends and DP remakes at the same time, so outsourced them at short notice. For BW remakes ILCA will probably start work on them round about the same time GF does on Gen 9.
