I was actually autistic enough to go though that list see how much each region was represented then compare that to to the number of Pokemon in the region (to control for the fact that bigger regions would naturally take up more of the list)
Anyway
Kanto: 11/150= 7.3%
Johto: 1/100=1%
Hoenn: 7/135=5.2%
Sinnoh: 9/107=8.4 %
Unova: 4/156=2.6%
Kalos: 6/72=6.9%
Alola: 9/88=10%
Galar: 4/89=4.4%
Johto is the least sexualized region
Alola is the most sexualized region
