I got both the TRU and the Hall Of Origin Arceus off a /vp/ distro server, so I got Dialga and Giratina on one file and Palkia on the other file (as both the TRU and the HoO Arceus triggered the events, though I think the TRU one had to be used initially).
Might wait till Home connects to BDSP, then beg a Griseous orb off an injectfriend to run Giratina-O in a playthrough on Shining Pearl from Lv. 1.
