Why the water/ice Pokémons have to be all tanks. THEY CANT WORK AS TANKS WITH THEIR ICE TYPING. Seals being slow in land is not a excuse for their lack of speed because fish are also slower in land and some fish Pokémon are very fast.
They are a lot of wasted potential.
