First location to find Buneary is Eterna forest, I think. Ho long to find a shiny (presumably female) one to spawn depends on RNG. Cheryl dose provide double battles (thus x2 the chance at a shiny) but you'll need to be able to KO her Chansey just to make sure she doesn't KO your shiny.
