Now they must honestly be terrified everytime they release a new Pokémon. If they want anything based on human culture, clothes or make-up it has to be Japanese now. They could probably get away with European as well as whites don't complain about that kind of thing. There's no way we can have a Pokémon region based on somewhere on sub-Saharan Africa, it's guaranteed people will take offence one way or the other. There was a film a few years ago set in sub-Saharan Africa and they had to make it into some super hi tech black ethnostate paradise called Wakanda to get away with it, just ridiculous and completely out of touch with reality.
