The current route to what I know, it's to OOB to Marsh, dupe candies to lvl 20something, then OOB to Veilstone, buy a doll, OOB to Celestic, beat grunt (that's why still need to level), get Surf, OOB to Hearthome, skip Fantina, OOB to League, skip Rival 5, skip E4, skip Cynthia, win.
