A levitate Bronzong can wall her Garchomp since it's immune to 2 of it's 3 attacks and resist dragon claw
Any grass type with giga drain is great for milotic and gastrodon
A STAB earthquake or close combat should OHKO Lucario
Spiritomb isn't a massive offensive threat, so anything that doesn't take super effective damage should be able to beat it out.
Roserade dies to most physical attacks, so it's more important to survive it's attack yourself.

Her Milotic now employs the Flame Orb + Marvel Scale strategy so you want to attack with Special. I recommend Magnezone as Milotic will counter your Grass types with Ice Beam.

My team when I beat her was:
Togekiss
Torterra
Magnezone
Mismagius
Floatzel
All at Lv 61 though a couple levelled up to 62 during the fight itself.

Protip: Togekiss isn't the Garchomp-ender you think it is, because Garchomp is fast and has Poison Jab and will likely outrun and 2HKO ol' Kisser. I recommend trying to use Charm with a couple of things to break Garchomp's offensive ability so you can actually survive and hit back.

How am I suppose to grind for the second rematch? I finished the rematch and now my team is around 70~75, the rematch is all 85~88, where the hell am I gonna go grind 10~15 levels

Underground, look for hideaway areas called "Spacious Cave". Set Steel or Electric statues in your Base to boost the rate but it still doesn't take long to find Magnemite. If I remember rightly you can also find them in some of the icy caves as well.

I fucked up my affection first time through by using a bunch of herbs in the fights before cynthia...so i ended up just grinding on aaron and bertha and dying till i could make it through to cynthia more easily , gained a bunch of levels in that time

Beat her first try with underleveled mons, including a Luxray, without using X battle items. Most of my team didn't have affection bonuses.

I did it with a level 60 Phione. Brought 3 x defense, 3 x speed, 3 x spa and one x special defense. I set up with Spiritomb and cruised through her entire team using surf, grass knot and ice beam lmao. Did it on my first try. I had never before used battle items, they're fun.
