Most of the other Pokémon one that list have a reason to have so many moves. Even the KANTOOO basis make sense due to those Pokémon simply being around longer to get more moves.

Gallade keeps the moves it had as a Kirlia despite the two being very different so it effectively has two movepools, it that makes sense.
Meanwhile Charizard gets to have the best movepool of any starter because… it’s Charizard
This isn’t an issue of ORANGEMON BAD REEEE. The issue is that they’re willing to bend over backwards, forward and inside-out for Charizard perfect, but refuse to put even the slightest bit of effort to fix Pokémon that have been shitmons for decades.
