How do I get into proper teambuilding? Other than Smogon for reviews of individual Pokemon for their Gens and Pokemon Showdown to see how real autists play, what are some other ressources? And whats the usual formula for team synergy? Like, do you pick one or two Pokemon and build around them? Or do all teams have some fixed roles that have to be in them?
