Once again I will state that I haven't bought any Pokemon games, new or used, since Sun and Moon.

Pearl was my first Pokemon game and still I never once considered buying BDSP because even the reveal trailer looked like shit. PLA looked good on reveal but it's a month and a half away and looks like something on the gamecube so in all likelihood I won't be buying that either.

what's smt like gameplay wise?? my only experience with the series is devil survivor and while i enjoyed it idk if the main smt series plays similarly or not

Not a bad thing per se, but definitely not my go-to aesthetic
Where Devil Survivor was more of a VN/TRPG mainlines are turn based and dungeon crawlers (not sure if you could call V one though). I'd say it's worth giving a go, especially if you can pirate so you could try before you buy.

oh shit, i haven't had a good dungeon crawler in awhile. might see if i can get ahold of a rom and play a short amount to see if i like the gameplay
