rate my setup/concept

each is 4x weak to one of the types of the other, and each has the type they were historically/cultureally associated with water turtle, wood dragon, metal tiger, and fire bird)

Riddle is Chinese. Chinese names of the FoN all end in "cloud". The two clouds in the riddle form interlocking hearts. Hearts > love. Love > kisses > XX > placeholder. That's the theory behind the riddle. Riddler also said it's a post game legendary.

They'd make for cool colors but Baihu represents autumnal storms, Qin Long the flowing rivers in spring and Xuan Wu the dryness of winter so even if they're boring their types would be Electric/Normal, Water/Dragon, Ground/Ice and Fire/Flying

It's weird how GF is leaving obvious holes in some themes and groups of Pokemon.
Zacian and Zamazenta (and Eternatus?) are themed after CMYK color scheme. If we assume that Eternatus is black then this leave us with no Pokemon representing Yellow.

In terms of lore/aesthetic the Kamis really fit Hisui far better than Poke'New York, just like how the Swords of Justice/Musketeers fit Kalos.
