His episodes are better than nuSouthpark and nuFamilyGuy, but they're not as good as S1-S3 of South Park or even S4-S8. He's not very funny. Also he has massive pacing problems, his 60-90 minute episodes especially, he could lower them to 10-15 minutes or even 7 and he'd suddenly improve his story by making it shorter.
