Honestly if there were a more fitting Gen VIII Water-Type though then I'd give her that instead, some of the ace Pokemon for the Gym Leaders are baffling and just come off like they designed the dex and Gym Leaders in a vacuum separate from one another without consideration for how weird it comes off, the ace Pokemon are usually meant to reflect the character give a bit of insight into the person they are based on the Pokemon they use.

With IoA and CT I'd make her second rematch team be;
